ABOUT THE JOB :
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our branch offices located in the US . This position will provide receptionist duties and general administrative support to the Senior Managing Director, Office Manager and Agents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer calls, screen calls, take accurate messages, and provide information to callers.
Greet Agents, staff and visitors.
Maintain a neat and orderly front desk.
Receive, sort and route mail, e-mail, voice messages accurately and efficiently to appropriate party.
Assist and train Agents on all of Corcoran’s proprietary systems.
Prepare and type board packages, mailing labels, and other documentation.
Enter new exclusives in our proprietary system.
Provide light IT duties; such as, troubleshooting printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
Back up to the Office Manager as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience
2+ years of experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative duties
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be physically able to bend, climb, walk, and lift & carry heavy objects (up to 30 lbs)
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Must be organize and detail-oriented
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
