Pixel Perfect Designer

I have graphic design and need to convert it to raw html and css/javascript files so that i can apply backend work into this. Pixel perfect designer, clean coder required. Once homepage task is completed and delivered, I will check code carefully and if i will be happy with that code quality, I would assign another page tasks to best candidate.
