Critical reasoning/Diagrammatic Reasoning/Psychometric Assessment/Interview Preparation/Reading Comprehension

I wish avail the facilities of following instructional resources for a fortune 500 company:- a. Instructor for Critical reasoning: Should be able to train officers on LSAT content. Content will be based on test material of LSAT/GMAT. Instructor will be used to deliver two 2-hour sessions through VC followed by eight hours of sessions during Instructor led phase. b. Instructor for Diagrammatic Reasoning: Should be able to train officers on various aspects of diagrammatic reasoning including Spatial Reasoning, 2-dimensional objects, 3-dimensional objects including cubes, cuboids, pictures and Raven’s matrices. Instructor will be used to deliver two 2-hour sessions through VC followed by eight hours of sessions during Instructor led phase. c. Instructor for Reading Comprehension: Should have trained officers on LSAT/GMAT reading comprehension passages. Content will be based on test material of LSAT/GMAT Instructor will be used to deliver two 2-hour sessions through VC followed by eight hours of sessions during Instructor led phase. d. Psychometric testing: Should be aware of various techniques of personality testing especially those used by Hogan/Aon Hewitt to find potential high talent. Should be able to counsel officers based on performance of Psychometric phase. e. Interview Preparation: Should be able to guide the officers on elevator pitch, how to make resume, to conduct SWOT analysis etc. Should have been part of admissions department of IIM/ISB/top management schools.
