Small Tool that uses WinDivert to forward traffic to a SOCKS5 Proxy

I'm looking for a small tool or program to be made based on WinDivert that will do the following: 1. Filter & convert the traffic into either SOCKS4 or SOCKS5, 2. Forward the traffic to a user set or defined server/IP (with a SOCKS proxy listening on it) 3. Also cover the returning packets by converting them back with the appropriate Src/Dst Addresses. It must be written in either C, C++, C# or optionally (but not as preferred) NodeJS using NodeDivert. I am mainly looking for source code as I am wanting to learn how to use WinDivert for my home/hobby project. However, I will not accept the project as completed if the compiled program does not run or do it's job properly. I am NOT willing to do any up front payment as my past project post I got scammed of 100$ and went through a long process to recover it. I am, however, willing to put a milestone of "a working program" and the final payment being the source. Thank you everyone!
