Need help getting my log4net to write to my local SQL mdf database

I need somebody to review this Visual Studio 2013 Project and get the log4net to write logs to the [login to view URL] database inside of the App_Data folder. I have managed to setup log4net to write to the text file. I just can't get it to write to the local database. Please fix and let me know exactly where I went wrong. I will need the solution fixed and I will simply want to press the play button in Visual Studio 2013 and see that it works.

Hi, log4net is my logging framework of choice so I have extensive experience in using it. I have downloaded your sample solution. The fix is relatively trivial. I already have it working and can easily explain it to you in an e-mail or by Skype (at a mutually convenient time - perhaps early GMT?). Skype is preferred so we can both be sure you have a working solution. My price is cheap because I do not think this will take long at all, it would be wrong to charge more and I would like to win your work to build by FreeLancer reputation. Regards Kevin
