I need to hire a business analyst with atleast 5 years experience both in waterfall and agile scrum The applicant should be good with his knowledge as a senior Ba 1. Train on agile scrum - with live project examples in ecommerce, retail, banking 2. Knowledge of tools and techniques. 3. Jira 4. Agile testing 5. End to end project 6. Need to make me practically do eliciation skills and help me understand facilitation skills to run successful workshops. I have good understanding on topic. Its the confidence that i am missing. After this I need training in 1 or 2 waterfall projects 1. Process. 2. Tools / templates 3. Reqs gathering 4. Elicitation skills 5. Facilitation skills 6. Analysis 7. Visio Lastly power Bi . Also take me database concepts. Process mapping and modelling skills. Excel dashboard will be great. Please do not apply if your linkedin has not got serious background.
