Website Developer expansion of excisting website

We are looking for a lead developer/project manager who has the ability and passion to refit a popular website. Skills that will be needed: Design experience, asp 2.0, ASP, ASP.NET+<st1:city><st1:place>ADO</st1:place></st1:city>, Crystal Reports, CSS, HTML/DHTML, <st1:place><st1:city>JavaScript</st1:city>, HANGES TO THE WEBSITE Job Ref Name Comments SU1 Server setup Initial servers setup, transfer from original software, database and files will be emailed to you. SW1 Redesign of site The website needs to be designed with a more modern, flexible layout that will allow the customization of page templates for leagues and teams. We currently have the first designs that we will email over to you on completion of agreement. SW2 Application of re-design Using the designs above and implementing them on the website (some elements of this identified further on in the document) SW3 User Control Panel Addition of user control panel showing the latest picture, average rating and number of star player ratings for that player. This will also include quick-links through to their league and team pages SW4 Instant messaging Ability to send instant messages to other users in their 'friends' list SW5 Search Each page will carry a search box to search all sports, players, leagues and teams SW6 RSS Feeds Players will be able to select their favourite team, and this will pull in a relevant feed from either the BBC (or Yahoo Pipes) SW7 Archive fixtures and leagues Currently fixtures have to be cleared out each season - this needs to be changed so that results are achieved SW8 Cup competitions Ability to manage cup competitions 0 HP1 Site wide news Layout to change incorporating one single "site wide news" article. Includes development of a Flash-style news application similar to that on the BBC website HP2 News summary boxes (In a similar style to the BBC) a number of boxes giving news roundups for the sports on the homepage... (includes provision for out cost) HP3 Featured leagues Ability to set leagues to be 'featured' for a given period of time HP4 Video of the week Embedded you-tube video showing best current video HP5 Recently updated threads List of the most recently updated threads HP6 Votes A selection of the 'nominated' polls for each league to be displayed in a round-robin format Programming Language: What programming language(s) do you want your website written in?
