Hi there, I'm very very interested in your project and I'm already working with a similar one. A street light with LDR, RTC, PIR and RF wireless communication between each other. LDR will sense light and RTC will track the time. When there is no one under the Light, light will be dim at night. Whenever someone arrives, light is 100% and surrounded lights are also signaled about this human presence. Totally smart. I think you'll looking for something like this one.
