Simple Android game with leaderboard

I want to make an android game with leaderboard scoring system so i can create tournaments and leagues in it!! Ads placement in it!! With direct paytm and upi payment gateway !! Basic game preferred no complex design required!! Just like bouncy balls!! When the game starts 20 balls will be given which we have to keep them in game with the help slide bar who will hit the balls when they fall!! Game will be over when we loose last ball !! Just simple game required with in-app purchases and payments gateway and leaderboards to give rewards to winners Budget 5000 Rs/-
