Projects Processes Controller

Our agency is in search of a self-directed and experienced Controller to oversee IT processes, financial, tasks delegation, deadlines, budgeting and other activities related to our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Time-to-time support with HR processes would also be required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy workplace, and is well-versed in working closely with senior management. - Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions - Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results - Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements - Coordinating activities of external auditors - Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process - Managing the budget process - Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes - Evaluating accounting and internal control systems - Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed - Developing and monitoring project performance metrics - Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance This position is in hourly basis.
