Design a webpage using my wireframe as reference

I'm working on a food ordering system and I need somebody to design the main page following the wireframe attached. Requisites: 1. The designer must keep the width of 760px of the webpage. 2. The layout colors must match a restaurant environment (like a pizza restaurant, or a pasta place, or chinese food, you can choose one "theme") 3. The designer can use food images, but the website must be light in terms data tranfer The resulting work should include: 1. All images in PSD format and good resolution 2. The design should be the final HTML using CSS techniques for positioning, ans styles in general 3. The CSS and HTML code must be well organized and with comments 4. The page should be compatible with the most popular browsers
