I think, the project description provided is pretty straight forward. It is something I have done before. I will be making use of a, SQL library for python, pandas, & matplotlib to complete this project. Upon completion of the task you will receive a .py file, which will give the required result: - Histogram (with the data retrieved from the sql server) - Bell curve - required values Although, I have a question - you say, "you will see a bell curve", does that mean you already have some code which does it? I would like to discuss further details regarding the tasks to complete this project.

Hello! I am a Cybernetician from Germany currently finishing my master's degree at Georgia Tech. I have worked at Bosch for 2 years, working single-handedly on a Python project that also involved reading and writing to SQL databases. I took a statistics class in undergrad, but I don't think that's even necessary to know about the generic measures you are interested in.
