Drupal Drigg Install & Configure

I need a Drupal expert initially to configure the site I just installed. I already configured it myself (with Drigg on it) but it needs to get polished because I'm missing some feature e.g. Search functionality, Poll. There is a clean install, NO DESIGN/NO SKIN NEEDED, NO PROGRAMMING NEEDED. However, you should have really good Drupal experience. Once this site is completed, I want you to install the same files on 9 other Websites, of course with new databases. I will provide FTP, logo, and DB details. They should all look the same, with the same functionality. I want somebody who can take shortcuts, and NOT install/configure one by one. You should be an expert with PHP/mySQL.
