Write an Android application

I have a simple application with 5-6 screens and ~ 10 web services . Web services are ready and UI design is ready. I need a full time developer to implement these for me on android. Exact details will be given to the developer whom is shortlist Some conditions : 1. i need the developer to work at least 4-5 hours a day and i will be in constant communication with that developer during that time. So people who are not continuously available for that much amount of time please dont bid. 2. This project is timeline critical so i will have some component of payment deducted if you don't deliver in proper timeline. 3. I dont need a company or group of people i want to directly work with a developer i myself will take interview for that person than will move forward. 4. I will give preference to good Indian developers but other developers who are are good with the above conditions can also bid. 5. Start with your bid with Hello World. Other wise your bid will not be considered.
