Hi, I am well experienced with Edison Micro Controller and web programming and interface development. I also used to work as a web developer for a startup. Project Requirements Here you will need to have an web server in the Edison board, which will serve the web interface. The web interface will let you control the robot. It will be written in java-script and HTML. Also you will need a control script in the Edison so that all the commands from the web interface will be used to movement and obstacle detection.
