Win or Browser app to login to site and find...

I need a program that would login to a website and look for an available test within X days from today. When it finds it should follow the link to register for it. The final registration process needs to use DeathByCapcha. The secret to do it right is to find the capcha that was loaded on the page through javascript. And not to reload a new one. This is why im asking for Windows program or a browser plugin. I already have this program working in Perl and an old version in PHP. But the linux way of solving capcha needs to loads a new image instead of the one on the page and that causes Google to show a more complicated capcha and the success rate falls. Please let me know if you understand the job and tell me which technology you are planning to use for it. Once i select you i will walk you through the website to show you exactly what has to be done and i can even show you the Perl script after i see that you understand and capable to do this job. Thanks
