Hello, I have this website but do not have the code, I would like to duplicate this website so I can start creating the correct content and images for the site. I Know this site was a template taken from somewhere, I do not feel that this project should cost very much. I imagin that you will find a similar template and make minor changes to get the finished template ready for me to work off of. Once the template is ready for me to work on, then I would like to hire you for next phase which would be the actully site building getting ready for go live site.
