The idea would involve converting industrial real estate into commercial real estate (Retail, Studio's and offices) that would focus on buiulding a space that would attract tenants in the tech and creative industry's The business plan would include a resume of past experience, detailed neighborhood analysis, and then specific details on how a specific building can be converted for this purpose. I would like to make the business plan in such a way that I can have the ability to use it for multiple buildings by changing only the details for the specific building.
