I need to replicate the excel (attachment 1) so that it can be easily used and all of the cells/inputs can be easily changed/edited including the scores if required. Some of the cells are formula based and I cannot change them. I tried to make changes as you will see but could not. I would like the changes and inputs shown in the excel (attachment 2) to be used. I have also shared the original excel (attachment 3) which I am trying to replicate. This is a locked excel and I do not have the password.
