Contest Brief

Must be coded under Delphi 7 for backward compatibility + OpenGL.
I need to create a BMP with few lines of text under OpenGL.
The BMP must be selectable with the mouse and for no reason must resized during openGL rendering zoom.
I must be able to write 5 lines, each with different block (See picture radar_label_2 but 5 lines)
BMP size must change depending on blocks and lines.
