Building on that and to enhance my passion for cooking have attended courses at the Egyptian Chefs Association for Menu Planning & Engineering and recipe development. I have more than 10 year-experience in food & beverage regulatory affairs covering Middle East & Africa between corporate and consulting where I interpret, apply and translate the national food laws and take care of label compliance.
