Update wordpress template

We are interested in fixing our wordpress website ([login to view URL]). The site was originally designed as a wordpress template but it has been a few years and the coding got off track with all of the wordpress software updates. We would like to update the site so that it appears as it was originally designed.
We would like to work with a coder to do the following:
1. Assess the broken code/problems with how the site is currently appearing.
2. Given that assessment, fix the site so that it looks like originally designed and intended it to look.
3. Update the Wordpress template to function with today's standards so that it is responsive to desktop and mobile devices.
