I'm in need of a reliable freelancer who thrives on organization and has a talent for multitasking to support my business on a weekly basis. Your main responsibilities will encompass a diverse set of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
The task involves locating business listings on the Internet and sending them a marketing letter and brochure via the contact page. Also, all information needs to be posted in an Excel sheet for our reference.
General administrative assistant: blogging on multiple sites, plagiarism checking and correction via our software, data entry, and excel work. etc.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proficiency in email management tools.
- Adept at data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in scheduling software.
- Strong command of the English language for blog posts.
- An understanding of Excel and other MS Office programs.
- Experience with article software or similar platforms.
- Proven record of virtual administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines with consistency.
