I have a website for for food items dry and frozen, I want Shopping cart needs to know the difference between frozen food and dry goods (anything that’s not frozen) and split them into two separate carts. Frozen food is a $26.95 shipping rate. Frozen food needs a 6lb minimum ship weight. All the ship weights are in the title of the frozen products. shipping charges for the frozen is $29.95 and is always the same

For Dry Foods. The minimum order amount is $15.00 + and $6.95 is the shipping on the dry goods. The shipping charge is the same
