Currently, we have users downloading PDF files from a source system and then uploading them to our web application. These are sensitive documents. So to avoid saving them in unsecured locations, I want to create a virtual printer that can be installed on a Windows PC. On clicking Print and selecting the virtual printer, the file should be sent in a binary format to a Web API. Then a success/failure response from the Web API is to be displayed to the user.
