I am an attorney. I want to create a virtual practice. I want potential clients to come to my website, and be able to sign up as clients. Once they have accounts, I need to be able to communicate with them securely -- to satisfy ethics rules -- and both parties need to be able to post files securely.

I know a little about this. Is this simply an implementation of an existing product, or do I need something built from the ground up?
