recruiting, coaching, integrated web system for new truck drivers

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me develop an integrated web system for my business. The system should be able to handle both recruiting and coaching for new truck drivers. I would prefer that the system integrate with existing software allowing for job postings and applicant management /coaching. (I have a WIX site I have started [login to view URL] Its online but working only for info, not functional for recruiting or coaching yet. It will tell you what I'm trying to do. The concept is solid, but technologically I'm over my head. It will be scalable to a national level within a year, must be totally on line - basically automated, so I am open for suggestions. I am considering Manatal for recruiting and Upcoach for coaching but will need a couple more months to complete the desired master plan for coaching and basic filters for recruiting.) This should help streamline the process of recruiting and coaching, new truck drivers. The system should also provide performance tracking and analytics to enable me to monitor the outcome of the coaching I provide and placements I make to trucking companies. I'm a retired truck driver with fixed income, however, will probably need a consultant familiar with the computer setup from time to time on as needed basis after it is set up. This is a start up on a shoestring with lots of possibilities. I will consider partial ownership as payment if needed, but would prefer to pay as I go. Non Disclosure Agreement and Intilectual Property agreement will be required. Thanks
