Need Shopify Theme Updated and Fixed

I have a site: [url removed, login to view] and it needs coding help.

Let me start by saying I need someone who understands SHOPIFY CODING AND THE WAY SHOPIFY WORKS.

I purchased a theme from Theme Forest and I am having some issues. I am having difficulties receiving support. I love the look of the site, but the theme is giving me a headache.

Here is my initial list of issues, but more work could come for the right person:

-Sale Price/Compare Not Showing on Product Page

-Email Subject Line

-Blog Images Not Displaying

-Categories Display Random Products Not A-Z

-Word “Shopping Now” Changed

-Relocate Price/Add to Cart Higher Up on Page

-Collection Grid View Looks Poor

-Zoom Effect is Poor

My question/concern is if Shopify updated their platform, can this theme be updated. If the developer releases an update, how do I handle that?

I have already imported my products and Google is starting to pick them up so I need to get this resolved starting tonight and completed immediately.

I cannot afford to have a custom site built, so please do not offer that. I am putting a price of $25 only to get started. Please bid accordingly. I know it will not be $25.

Also, if you do not speak fluent English, please do not bid. I need to be able to have a clear conversation via messages.

I am looking to get started right away. This is a very high priority for me.
