Need help on fixing one page on mobile website (updated)

Hi,
My name is Gene McKenna. I live in Fairfield, CT, USA. I have been running a tutoring business for over twenty years. I usually work with students one-on-one in their own homes. I usually work with high school students to help them study for and prepare for their college entrance exams, such as the SAT and the ACT.
My tutoring website can be found online at www.AceInHomeTutoring.com. It is a pretty small website, but I am just a one-man business, so I think that that's really all that I need.
I am currently satisfied with the way that things look on my "desktop" website that I can view on my PC. But for some reason, there seem to be some problems with my "mobile" website as it displays on my cell phone. And I am looking for someone to just start to fix some of those problems for me.
This is going to be a pretty small job, so I don't know if you'll be interested, but let me just tell you what I am looking for. First of all, I think that I should tell you that this website is done in WordPress. And second of all, there are only 3 pages on the site--1) the home page, 2) the "about us" page, and the "testimonials" page. The project that I am asking you to do is ONLY for the "About Us" page. I do NOT want any other help on any of the other pages right now, OK? If you can successfully make the few changes that I am asking for on the "about us" page on the mobile website, I will be happy to ask you to make some more changes to the website as well as an additional project for additional payment on my part.
So here's the job description. Currently, on the "about us" page on the mobile website, I have a photo of myself at the top, and then below that a paragraph of text about me and my tutoring business, and then below that there are two phone numbers and an email address, and below that there are some "bullet points" with more info about my tutoring business. All that I would like you to do is to MOVE THE TWO PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, BELOW THE BULLET POINTS. That's it. NOTHING ELSE. And just FYI, I was able to make those changes myself on the "desktop" version of my website, but I was unable to figure out how to do it on the mobile site, so I am asking for your help with that, if that is even possible. (Of course, I don't know if that's even possible, but I thought that I would ask someone at Freelancer if they could at least take a look and see if they might be able to help me out with this.)
