Dynamic mapping from newsletters to website

We have a problem linking from our newsletters to the correct languages on our webshop.
A solution could be to use dynamic mapping. But we have not yet found a 100% working solution.
Our link structure is:

example:
[login to view URL]
What we need to do is remove “countrycode” in URL links, so that our customers are sent to the correct country. If possible via our country selector page.
We have some code created already but it does not work 100% and more work is needed on this.
It helps if you have experience working with Demandware/Sales force
