Create A Driveway Visualiser For My Website

I am looking for someone to create a web page applet (for a Wordpress site) that would have functionality similar to [login to view URL]
Our point of difference is that users will be able to upload their own driveway photo, where they can do one of two things.
1. Select a new colour coating for it ONLY (choosing from several colours that we offer).
2. Select a new colour and a stencil design (choosing from a pre-determined selection).
The user experience needs to be seamless.... There may be software that can do this job for us, already developed, but I am failing to find it. I'd happily pay a freelancer handsomely if they found it, speeding up our development timetable.
We have a trade show at the start of May, so this is our at-worse case deadline.
