We have 3-5 php website pages that need to be cleaned up and modernized.

Would like to keep the structure as currently implemented but need someone to straighten columns, change some text colors and background colors and modernize the text areas by inserting rounded boxes where the text box currently resides on the main page.

Should take no time for someone who knows html and php
