We have developed an existing Magento store. We now want to create a new site which will be almost a copy of the existing site (functionality & products) but it will have a completely new design.

We have the index page, category page and product display html already completed so that just needs to be integrated.

The only other substantial difference is that we need a Postcode look up service integrated. (We can buy this service from a third party if required).

There will be some add on apps installed like One Page Checkout, Better Search functionality etc.
