I would like to offer my customers VOIP plans using Twilio as my wholesale VoIP provider.

Would you be able to create a tutorial for me on how to A. Create new numbers and get the SIP configuration for the VOIP ATA or VOIP enabled wifi modem/router.

and B. Port in a number and get the configuration for the VOIP ATA.

I need a step by step guide in google docs format.
