Translate Esports SaaS Platfrom from English to German

We have a platform that tournament organizers and players use to create and play in video game tournaments. To better serve our growing number of organizers and players in Europe, our platform needs to be translated from English to French, German, and Italian using One Sky App. We would prefer someone who has experience with the language and terms used in the esports and/or sports industry.
We have around 2600 phrases consisting of 20,500 words at the moment. We have around 210 phrases consisting of 3880 words at the moment for the current update. A translation has already been partially complete. We would like someone who can do on-going work after this initial translation.
