Human Translation Spanish to English

Hi, I need a translation work **from mexican spanish to proper formal american english** that must be **made by a human.

No computer program translations please!.** The text that needs to be transtalted is the one attached in .doc

It is a cookbook that contains 32 recipes for classic Mexican dishes.

The translation is really easy since most of the work is about translating names of the ingredients, there is no complicated nor technical jargon nor interpretative work (as it would be in a fiction book) so **this is not a normal translation job**, **the translation is very straightforward and easy.

Quantities of the ingredients are in grams. Two versions of the translation must be delivered by translator:

**one must be translated into pounds (imperial units)**

**The other one must be in grams as originally.**

There is no need for artwork

There is no need for index

**Qualifications of the translator:

**Translator must be very fluent in spanish (mexican spanish although it's not a must) and preferably a native speaker.

Translator must provide samples of his/her previous works in which I could see the same text in spanish and then translated into english.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
