Asian Social Media Expert Needed

We need someone who is passionate about social media, and electronic dance music, as you will be working for one of the top 25 DJs in the world. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is familiar with the following asian social media sites, as the project requires someone, (or a group of people) who can translate from English to Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages.
Social Media sites we would like covered:
China:

Tasks involved:
1. Setting up accounts on above social network sites.
2. Building a network of followers on each of those sites.
3. Posting a couple of posts per week regarding important promotions on each of those sites, these posts will need to be translated from English into each social media site's native language.
4. Posting 'fill-in' content to keep interaction/interest levels high.
TIme frame will be over 1 month initially, and if we are happy with the results this time frame will increase.
