3d models for Action-RPG game - repost

Hello!
We are a team of 4 computer engineers enrolled on a Master degree in Videogame Design. Our goal is to develop an Action-RPG game which would be a mix between Diablo and Commandos , where you can change between 3 different characters which have different abilities and it is needed to combine them all to finish the game.
Our artist dropped the course on the second week and we are left with no expert in 3d modelling. We currently have 3 drawings ( 1 colored ) of the main characters and 1 drawing of an enemy ( there will be total 3 types of enemies ) . We plan to have the final drawings by next week.
We are searching for someone to create the 6 models in about 5k poly. As our 3d modelling knowledge is limited we would like your offer to be stepped as following:
-Price for only model
-Model+Textures
-Model+Textures+Rigging
-All of the above + Animations
Attached you will find the current-state drawings
Please don't be so hard with the prices. We are students and we can't afford so much!
