My laptop has become slow, and occasionally freezes for a few seconds which is annoying.

I would a diagnosis to identify the problem and repair remotely, including:

1. Why it freezes

2. Cleaning junk files (Tune up)

3. Uninstall Apps/Software that slow down the system and contribute little (please ask before)
