I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I’m a University Student and looking for someone to develop a simulator platform that interacts with Connected Vehicles and Smart Transportation Systems that leverages Wireless Communications, Sensing Technologies, GPS Technologies, Emergency Notification System, a Collision Avoidance System and cloud computing technologies. The simulator should work on VANET domain and mobile tracking system including the VANET network architecture and VANET communication types.
The simulator purpose is to provide:
1) Mobile Tracking Solutions by using GPS – 4G Solutions to track the vehicles and the driver’s behavior while driving.
2) Traffic Solutions by using the National Radio Services, Local ISPs and the services provided by Google Maps to check the traffic conditions.
3) Avoiding traffic jams.
4) Crash Avoidance.
5) Providing alternative routes.
6) Insure (Vehicle and road) safety procedures are implemented.
