I need a usb device that can turn any laptop into a a laptop suitable for school exam purposes.

In my thoughts, I think need a usb device (like a memory stick) that when plugged into a laptop, the laptop boots up with an operating system that only has a word document app and nothing else. It should disable the wifi too.

Obviously, it should no lasting effect on the laptop such that the laptop goes back to normal once the device is removed and the laptop is switiched back on amd off again.
