I need a voice to text app for android, running offline (with pocketsphinx?)

in the background and send the result as keyboard signals via rdp-client to a server (win2016)

Our workers working via rdp-app on a server. On the server runs our windows programm, written in XE5

The plan is, that your app is listening permanently in the background to the voice of the user and if some commands are recognized sending them via our existing rdp app as Keyboard-Signal to the server. These commands normally are written to a XML-File.

Example the user says „number 123“ then sending this as keyboard signals.

Other words like „bla bla bla“ has to be ignored and not send to the server.

We need it only for android. In German language.

All these functions are included in pocketsphinx. You only have to implement them to the your app. Best case is, your app is compiled with Delphi XE5
