Shopify Developer (Portuguese speaking) to copy and adapt USA webstore to new Brazilian webstore

We have created a store in the US with Shopify. The company also has a Brazilian operation and would like to copy the Shopify store (with product modifications) , and use a Portuguese back end so the store managers in Brazil can understand the language.
So we need a fluent Portuguese Shopify web developer with coding experience (who also speaks English) to:
Build a simple landing page that directs to US or Brazilian site
Copy the original site and modify it to Portuguese
Add about 250 to 300 Products - a lot of the Brazilian inventory is different
The site is about 25 pages in total including all the store pages - there is a home page plus 5 content pages - and about 20 product collection pages.
Site information will be provided after initial communication, and review of your work history or portfolio.
