Need frontend Change to an existing Shopify theme.

I need some changes to an existing Shopify theme i bought from theme Forest to match our old woocommece webstore style.
Items that need to be change are:
#1. Header menu always follow down when scrolling down.
#2. Some frontend change such as color change for product's name in single Product page, main Cart icon change. Position of swatches and drop down menu.
#3. Some problem with showing main products image instead of swatches image when clicked in from other page in webstore.
#4. Add 3-4 new section to front end.
You should know how to work with liquid and Shopify backend to fix theme code and so on.
