Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud SCM specialist with expertise in the Plan to Produce module, focusing on planning and manufacturing aspects.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions tailored to our organization's requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules related to Plan to Produce, including but not limited to
Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Quality Management.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, business processes, and pain points related to planning and manufacturing operations.
Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM to design optimal solutions that align with industry best practices and meet the organization's business objectives.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules according to the defined requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for customization to address specific business needs.
Testing and Validation: Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct testing activities to validate the configured Oracle Cloud SCM solution.
Collaborate with end users to ensure the solution meets their expectations and resolves any issues identified during testing.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end users and key stakeholders on how to effectively use the Oracle Cloud SCM system.
Transfer knowledge about system functionalities, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Oracle Cloud SCM, as well as industry trends and best practices related to planning and manufacturing.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Oracle Cloud SCM system, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a focus on Plan to Produce processes.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, specifically in the areas of demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing execution, and inventory management.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities and configuration options.
Experience with system integration and data migration activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are a plus.
