I need to fix bug on my website and set up environment - Ruby on rails ,Heroku / Cloud9

I ordered somebody to build our website and he used his own platform.

He pushed codes into my github and heroku .

So, I prefer somebody work on my cloud9 account and set up the environment.

For the future, i can edit some text and color..etc.

Anyway, main request is to fix mailing service system.

After filling out our "contact us" page, it used to send an email which customer typed in.

But, now it's not working.
