I need an expert in a field of international/corporate communication for a short-term project/assessment.
The task is to analyze a particular corporate/international company:
1) Organisational culture (Trompenaars);
2)Corporate Identity Mix (Birkigt & Stadler) ;
3) Intranet announcement
4) Internal Communication planning of new CEO and strategy

Max. 2500 words
1) Organisational culture (max 400 words)
This first part of the portfolio is a report on the culture of the organisation. You apply three of the seven value dimensions of Trompenaars (discussed in session 4) to the organisation you have chosen. This means that you will analyse to what extend the organisation has characteristics of these dimensions.
2) Corporate Identity Mix (max 600 words)
The second part of the portfolio is a report on the organisation's corporate identity mix of Birkigt and Stadler. You apply their model and discuss the elements of the Corporate Identity mix, including: Corporate Personality, Communication, Behaviour, and Symbolism, as discussed during session 5 of the course. This means that you identify the elements of the corporate identity mix within the organisation by analysing the organisations (online) communication and activities.
3) Intranet announcement (max 400 words)
The third part of the portfolio consists of an intranet message (for employees) in which you introduce the new CEO and his/her new strategy. Your starting point is the fictitious arrival of a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within ‘your’ organisation. This person comes from the main competitor. The CEO wants to change the strategy of the organisation and needs you to develop an intranet message. You are free in selecting a strategy that this person would like to communicate. Please do not forget to introduce the CEO. It is important that this message includes the appropriate content and proper tone of voice for the audience. You can imagine that the information you found on the culture (and structure) can be important in developing the message.
4) Internal Communication planning
The fourth part of the portfolio consists of an internal communication planning to communicate the change within the organisation. For this assignment, your starting point is the same as for the intranet the arrival of the new CEO and his/her new strategy. The internal communication planning includes items such as proper channels, key message, communicators, timing, frequency, etc (Please note that this list is not conclusive). You need to select the aspects that you feel are important in this case to list in a communication planning.
