MS Office content - step by step procedures - repost

We are a Belgian Office training company that is looking for an Office expert to help create content for our e-learning system. Based on the excel file in attachment we will create quizzes in the Microsoft Office environment. For online studying we will create powerpoints (example in attachment) that the user can view before making a quiz. In the word file are some more specifications on how we would like to work.
Ebook content and screenshot images cannot be copied from the internet.
Content creator must have a sharp eye for design and should have excellent English writing skills.
We need this for Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook 2010, 2007 and 2013. My question for you is, if you are interested in this kind of work? We can discuss the topics and add them to a list. Depending on the amount of topics we can discuss how many topic should be delivered per week. Would it be possible to create a small example and send it to us on the fifth of June? Let me know your thoughts!
