Alter a STL file's appearance and texture for 3D printing

I have a product that involves internal mechanical parts and connections. Those must remain exactly as they are. I just want to alter the appearance of the outside of this 3D model and change the texture. I have uploaded two pictures. One is what the product currently looks like, and the other is what I need it to look like. The 3D model is in 3 parts. The two pictures are labeled Original, and Modification. The Original is the set of files you will receive and the modification is what I need it to look more like. The three parts fit together tightly to create the file you see. The outside can be altered in any way needed as long as the mechanical parts inside, placement of the eye sockets and round holes, and placement of the jaw hinge remain exactly where they are. More details when we discuss the job. I will be needing more of this type of modification done in the future, so this will most likely be an ongoing job every time I get an order for one of these.
