Python Auto-Trader for CoinEx Futures

I'm seeking a Python expert to develop an auto-trading program for the CoinEx futures market to be deployed on AWS. Here are the details:
- Save pricing information into a database on AWS
- The trading strategy you need to implement is 'Mean reversion'.
- The program should strictly use the 'RSI' for executing trades.
- The time frame for calculating the 'RSI' should be every '1 minute'.
- A robust trade tracking system that also alerts me to trades taken and closed via a Telegram bot
The ideal freelancer for this project has experience with:
- Python programming
- Algorithmic trading
- Experience working in AWS and the database options available
- Understanding of RSI and Mean reversion strategies
- Familiarity with CoinEx futures market
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
The end product should be a Python program, capable of executing trades in the CoinEx futures market autonomously, based on the given parameters. Looking forward to your proposals.
